Our mission is to equip the youth within the Twin Cities community with the necessary knowledge and life skills to be successful from an educational and professional standpoint. By providing specialized guidance and measurable results at all levels, every child will have a clear trajectory toward polishing their futuristic self.
We aspire to partner with our Twin Cities youth
Our aspirations for the future are to build scalable and specialized programs for youth grades 4th -12th grade. With our guiding principles in mind, we will thrive as an organization focused on providing the necessary resources and tools to help each individual realize their goals. We firmly believe the future is bright and we will focus on providing hope and understanding of the possible through education.

Foreshadow Innovation Program
Foreshadow’s Innovation Program is a 12-week initiative created to introduce students to entrepreneurship and business. Foreshadow Scholars will explore the core disciplines of starting a business, solving problems, and working in cross functional teams with a goal of launching a REAL business.

Executive Director, Foreshadow
As Executive Director of Foreshadow, Rashelle brings an extensive and diverse background in leading initiatives that put young people at the forefront of leading change in their own communities. Her expertise in partnership development, strategic planning, community engagement, program design and youth development guide our mission and support our pursuit of building new pathways for tomorrow.
Executive Director, TurnSignl Foundation
A former college professor, outdoor educator, non-profit executive and independent consultant, Chad brings a varied background and nuanced perspective to the TurnSignl Foundation. With expertise in education, youth leadership development, program design and delivery, community engagement, legislative affairs and coalition building and a steadfast commitment to equity and justice, Chad positions TurnSignl and the TurnSignl Foundation to make a significant, collective impact in Minnesota and beyond.
